3About AAJK Foundation

Our programs span across primary wellness tracks, classroom auxiliary tutors, digital literacy, and rural support initiatives.

4Eligibility

This website is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract under Indian law. Minors under the age of 18 may access educational materials and apply for child welfare or scholarship sponsorships (such as the Shishu Vikas Yojana) only under the active supervision and explicit consent of their parent or legal guardian.

8Skill Development & Training Programs

Candidates admitted into our apparel training, digital literacy, and physical education wellness bootcamps must maintain minimum attendance criteria and abide by the training center rules. AAJKF reserves the right to modify training modules, venue locations, and timings without prior notice based on resource availability, governmental advisories, or operational requirements. Certifications are awarded only upon successful completion and assessment.

9Scholarships & Sponsorships

Scholarships and child-care health claim disbursements (including SVY scheme support) are subject to rigorous verification of student credentials, marksheets, and parent category details. Sponsorship payouts depend strictly on the availability of trust allocations and donor funding reserves. The decision of the AAJKF administrative panel regarding applicant eligibility and award selection is final and binding.

10Volunteer Participation

Volunteers agree to adhere to the ethical codes of conduct established by the Al-Ameen Dr. Mumtaz Ahmad Khan Education & Welfare Trust. Volunteers must respect community dynamics, safeguard children under educational drives, and coordinate responsibly. AAJKF reserves the right to terminate volunteer assignments for violations of code of conduct.

11Employer & Institutional Partnerships

Employers and institutions utilizing our candidate databases to source manpower agree to maintain fair evaluation standards, secure applicant credentials, and provide clean, compliant workplace environments. Any direct recruitments facilitated through our framework must align with standard state-level minimum wage laws and applicable labor guidelines.

12User Responsibilities

Every user accessing the AAJKF portal assumes sole responsibility to:

• Keep their login OTP codes and transaction data confidential.
• Abstain from posting abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful content in communication channels.
• Refrain from copying or hotlinking document formats, templates, or candidate records.

13Intellectual Property

All logo designs, software code, custom CSS art, images, training curriculum templates, text blocks, and brand identifiers present on the website are the exclusive intellectual property of the Al-Ameen JK Foundation.
