Position Overview
The State Head will manage ITEL (INDIA) FOUNDATION/AAJK FOUNDATION’s Health & Wellness Assessment Drive within the assigned state, ensuring effective execution and coordination with district managers.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee division-level operations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Build partnerships with state government and other NGOs.
- Monitor program outcomes and submit state-level reports.
- Drive awareness and engagement initiatives at the state level.
Key Role
- Supervises district managers and program teams within the state.
- Reports to the Country Head.
- Acts as the primary operational leader for the state and liaison between Foundation and state-level authority..
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate degree required.
- Prior experience in program or project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure accountability.
- Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and manage large teams..
