Position Overview
The Cluster Manager will supervise block associates within the cluster, ensuring smooth coordination of assessments at grassroots level.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth execution of assessments at cluster level.
- Provide logistical and operational support to block incharges.
- Report cluster-level progress to the District Manager.
- Assist in mobilizing community participation.
- Support awareness drives in the local institution.

Candidate Profile:
- Higher Secondary or equivalent qualification required.
- Prior experience in field operations and team engagement preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to build and manage grassroots teams effectively
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of local languages and culture..
