Position Overview
The Block Associate will execute health and wellness assessments at block level, coordinating with program associates and local institutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct health and wellness assessments at block level.
- Ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Support awareness drives in the community.
- Coordinate with local institutions for program support.
- Report daily activities to the Cluster Manager.
Key Role
- Supervises program associates.
- Reports to the Cluster Manager.
- Acts as the operational leader for the block.
Candidate Profile:
- Higher Secondary or equivalent qualification required.
- Prior experience in field operations and community engagement preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work at grassroots level with diverse communities.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of local languages and culture..
